Group training combines the energy and community of group exercise with the individualized attention of personal training. We keep groups small so we can still provide individual coaching. Group Training is available to clients up to SIX days a week! That totals up to 24 sessions a month for one low fee. There are no limits, no appointments, and no EXCUSES!
Clients are welcome to show up any time during the Group Training hours. Each client will go through their individualized exercise routines, monitored by the ATB Fitness trainers. All clients will be exercising in proximity to the other Group Training clients so as to promote an uplifting community atmosphere.
